Terrific service from the get go. The friendly woman who took my initial query went the extra mile to assist me tonight just minutes before close of business. She called back to keep me informed & advise costs. Ryan who was super efficient & professional very quickly identified the email issue and offered two solutions. he sorted out my problem in minutes. This company clearly employs people who take their work seriously and are proud of it. I will definitely use PC Xperts again and recommended them to anyone wanting efficient, cost effective and results-driven solutions. 10/10

MTN's service at Jakaranda Shopping Centre in Rietfontein is the best! I have been struggling with MTN in hartbeespoort for years, Marileth Jansen has been able to resolve every single issue I've been dealing with. She has gone out of her way. If you want to deal with someone who knows what she's doing, and someone who can restore your trust in MTN's overall poor service, then please visit this store and ask for Marileth. Keep up the good work!

Don't recommend. My HP Omen 16 had 2 months left of warranty but they refused to honour it or even do any work on it because it had upgraded RAM inside which was put in by Evetech at the time of purchase. Considering how many units of laptops Evetech sells every day, you would think that HP would honour it's warranties with them as a business partner. Ensure services sent one email to me regarding this and then never replied to any correspondence thereafter, they didn't call me to notify me my unit was ready to be collected either. When I went to fetch it they took half an hour to give me my laptop back which seems suspect as well.
