I asked for an upgrade to Samsung A32 5G as per promotion. I was given the cheaper A32, no 5G. I only discovered the saleperson's error after 9 days, including Christmas. She now refuses to take the phone back, saying that I missed the 7 day return deadline. I most book it in for assessment which will take 20 working days. I called the store back for their dispute resolution process. They have not given that to me to date, missing my deadline. BTW, the A32 given to me is seriously malfunctioning.3 months later Update: Store owner does not return calls and staff refuse to give me her Emil address. Dispute ongoing.

Went on Boxing Day 2022 and it wasn’t open but the website said they open

So just before my flight I asked Sizwe for a fast charger. He took one off the shelf and billed my credit card for R399. He then swopped the charger for another one explaining that the price is the same but this is for android. I'm not an expert but I did notice the 2nd was labelled 30W and the first was 38W. So not the same. I went to find a plug to charge my phone and sadly the phone did not register it as a fast charger and showed a charge time of 5.5 hours. I rushed back but Sizwe was no longer there. I explained to the other assistant the problem and handed the product back asking that they reverse the charge. The just managed to catch my flight. In the meantime the transaction was processed. I'll leave it to you to decide what Sizwe's case was.

Terrible service , they dont respond to emails, no communication , slow response , you have to chase after them after you have paid them a lot of money, very disappointing

I did a sim swap in Paarl last weekend while we were visiting . After a week of no activation I approached mtn in ipic centre and tried to explain to the girl at the door but to no avail all she said to me in a rather abrupt manner is that we cannot help you we don't interfere with other branches. I have been with mtn since their inception but I am now looking for another nrtwork
