I have sent all my documents numerous times and also called head office numerous times. When I speak to a consultant they acknowledge receipts of said documents and they go on to inform me that the account is being processed. However, I keep receiving smses that state that I should send in more documents. I don't understand what more I should send. I have been going back and forth for over a month now and am becoming quite frustrated.I honestly would have expected such horrendous service from a lesser store but Foschini? If you are unwilling to approve my application the proper way would be to inform me instead of stringing me along like a yoyo and wasting my time and resources as I've had to travel back and forth to the store physically and also telephone you directly which costs money for me.Very unhappy customer,Miss L. I bought a set of speaker witch cost me almost R5000 with amp witch was recommended for me one speaker blew I stil have warranty I took it back now they wanne charge me to fix it I'm waiti g for almost 4months now for my speaker even the mannerger in the store tells me she don't know what's going on but she was handling the sake and she signed the speaker on fir repairs
