Top T should be rated 0 out of 5.Went on Saturday and found a bathroom cabinet and sink for R1299 on promo and was told there isnt stock but dont worry as they will order one in for me.Was called and told it is there, got there and the cipbaord door didnt close properly so we asked if we could rather take the demo on the floor and clean it up ourselves. Off to the register to pay where the sales person Mac, had in hand the sign that still says R1299 on promo, whipped out the card to pay and then...... oh sorry this is R1699!The cheek!An entire week wasted waiting for this to arrive only to be side lined and told we have to pay R400 more for a cheap as chips, terribly made little cabinet that was as filthy as the bottom of your shoe.Goodness what a terrible experience here.I will never ever be back and wont recommend it to anyone either.Goodluck to you.

Poor service, especially with floor staff. Arrogance of some staff members lives much to be desired.

Nice showroom, okay’ish tiles, terrible service, staff more interested in have coffee and eating than assisting whatsoever.

Every tap that I wanted they did not have in stock! I looked at 5 different taps - nothing available. Surely items should not be on display if not available?

I like the new layout of the store, they have modern tiles and taps. Only one negative thing to say which has nothing to do with the store but it gets really irritating with people outside stuffing their business cards into your face.

No understanding of CPA. Extremely rude owner. Buy at your own risk. Didn't want to do a valid return, even with receipt and item under guarantee. Told me to shop at makro if I want that privilege. Eventually, he swapped the item but refused to give a guarantee for those items.

I can not recommend this store enough. Lament is the best sales man I have ever experienced. Friendly service along with the most informed and helpful staff. Really the best experience EVER!! Thank you guys SO much.
