Water tank cleaning service

We engaged Craig this time last year to clean out the rainwater tank at our newly purchased rural home and to discuss the install of a filtration system to it. Not only did he do a great job with the tank clean, he also offered us several filtration options and provided plenty of information about the products. He was able to install the filtration system during the same visit and it’s been one of the best purchases we’ve made here! We get lots of comments about how lovely our water is and we put it down to the twin filter + UV lamp system Craig installed. Just had our first annual service on the system this week and was the same great experience as the install…great service, great communication, top job! Good, reliable tradies are so very hard to find (especially out our way) so we are very happy to recommend Craig.

It has been really hard to get a hold of anyone. I tried to book a call out over what’s app, after the initial response I never heard from the team again despite follow ups. My partner booked a call out, they didn’t confirm any time. I called them to confirm time and they couldn’t confirm a time. This is difficult to manage if you work from home and are in meetings all day because you cannot show a property or have a discussion but would still pay the call out fee. I would be worried giving them any business because if it takes this long to respond to queries then what will the actual service delivery be like. The lady on the phone didn’t seem too concerned over losing our business though. It’s a pity because I got my irrigation installed by them a year ago and the service was timely and excellent.
