Very good and professional service from Valentina.I had a horrible service from many branches, as well as the upgrades call center, that refused to help with my sim swop issues. Valentina at the mtn mainstream mall branch communicated well over the phone and solved the issue in 10 minutes when arriving at the store. No hassle service

I had a problem with doing a sim swop after my phone was stolen. I came to the houtbay MTN store and was amazed at the friendly help and assistance I recieved from the store. I definitely give a 5 star rating to Valentina, Melicia, Nikisha and Litha. I've decided to do all my phone upgrades from this branch and will definitely recommend friends to use this branch.
