Took two vehicles there for tinting, the guys did a excellent job however I've notice a tunnel on the one window and blurriness on another window. The guys didn't argue with me and the owner Frits gave me a detailed explanation on why this happens and they quickly fixed it. Now this is customer service and therefor I will be a returning customer!

Fast and friendly services whenever I need work to be done. I normally use Langenhovenpark RT, but tried Universitas branch as well and recieved the exact same service as Langenhovenpark. Top notch.

Required a document to be printed, I corrected a date and the place signed on the document and needed this to be stamped by a commissioner of oaths. I initialed the corrections I made on the printed document but the commissioner refused to add his signature onto the stamp on the doc because he said that there were too many errors and the document didn't have my ID number. The document didn't need my ID number according to the attorney who sent me the doc. So I had to pay for the printing of the document which had the stamp but no signature. Wasted my time and money. Now I can't even re-use the print to get it signed by another commissioner. Won't ever use this place again.This was an affidavit from an attorney, therefore, I could only make 'corrections' by hand and initial my changes.

Their website and store door indicates that they open at 08:30 yet clients are left ouside waiting for over a half and hour and they still haven't opened. Don't relay on these guys if you have some urgent business to attend to.

I have been using this Internet Cafe about 6 to 7 years now, they never disappoint me once. They only deliver quality works. I did all my company works with them, Company Registration, Website Designing, Letter Head Business Cards, Invoice Book, all my printing works in general. When I was still studied they always assist me with my online applications and registrations, to mentioned view. They have excellent customer service and they are very fast in terms of job delivery. Since I have came across them, I never use any other Internet Cafe except them, even when I am not in Durban, they render services for me via Phone Call, WhatsApp Messages or Email.
