This daycare is just amazing! They treat my pup with so much love. We've been out for walks before and she has walked herself to Vondi's and demanded that she get to spend a day at the daycare. The shop also stocks the most amazing treats and other pet supplies. Thank you Vondi's for being such a gem!

Nothing wrong with your products as I've been purchasing them for years now, please make sure you update your operating times online as I drove all the way from Midrand to purchase products I needed for my business and I was told that you open at 9:30am instead of 7:30am as shown on Google, huge inconvenience as I now have to spend twice the amount at a retailer and I wasted fuel driving down for nothing...real let down to be honest, if a competitor existed I'd be at their door step as this experience was not pleasant at all, communicate and update!!!

What an absolute gem of a place. Great owner who took her time to explain everything that was on offer. Bought some meals and had one tonight. Exceptional curry, great prices and quality is amazing.

We ordered for the 1st time 3weeks ago. It was frustrating to get excited about the meal plans but then after 7 working days it was still not ready as one of the dishes apparently had to be specially be made was the excuse. So we had to wait a week to start our weigth loss journey. So when we finally received our order I thought ok maybe it's a single incident I'll order again quickly so we have our week 2 in time to start when week 1 finishes. The meals are delicious for diet food but it's frustrating that it takes so long to get delivered. I can't order week 1 to 4 all in one go as I don't have enough fridge space. Needless to say I ordered week 2 the 29th of August 2022 and they only acknowledged the order 30 August. Today is the 9th of September 2022 and still our order is not ready. Pretty frustrating as we leave for Cape Town tomorrow for 3weeks. There were also no correspondence from them to inform us that its going to be late. When I sent a whatsapp to them they made silly excuses like cable theft etc. Not the client's problem if you state on your website 5 to 7 working days. Especially of you don't have the common decency to inform the client. The meals aren't cheap so you'd figure the service would be ok. I won't recommend using them if you can't order all your meals in one go. You won't get any feedback without asking and it will definitely not take 5 to 7 working days to get your order.

We love their Cbd oil product for our basset. It has really helped with his anxiety.You can also see that Vondi values their customers. We had a great experience with them.
