we had such a bad experience at this place. doctors are suppose to be helpful. after a number of times contacting them we finally get a referral letter. thereafter after contacting the doctor again we didn't get any joy. all we wanted him to do was to just make a call to the hospital just to discuss my child's operation. the doctor replied by saying he doesn't have the time to make the call and he will see when he's available and this operation is concerning a 3year old child. was not a very comforting experience. i feel personally it's all about money and not the love of helping your patients. we had to seek help from another doctor......thank you for your response however on Friday the 13th the hospital instructed us to contact you to make a booking for my childs op since you diagnosed the child with the condition.Your response was I HAVE NO TIME TO DO IT AND I WILL SEE IF I HAVE THE TIME TO DO IT NEXT WEEK AND YOU ALSO SAID
