The team was very efficient. They did as they said they would. They made sure I was informed all the time. I was pleasantly surprised when the technician who work on my car complimented me on the fact that he could see I am taking great care of my car based on its good condition. I hope the suppliers can also do their part by making sure they deliver the correct parts to the team on the first time of asking.
