There is WiFi ask for the pin while you wait. There is no coffee or something to treat no TV only books to read. They take abit long to wash the car but it's clean.

Very busy, which is always a good sign, they spent over an hour examining my wife's car for problems & refused to take any money for it, that sort of service is very uncommon in this day & age.
