Eventually got what I needed but was totally ignored when I walked into the showroom. No one sitting at reception, I eventually had to go ask the security guard outside what to do as I was just standing around waiting for someone to assist. Security at least helped me out, thats the only reason for the second star. Parking is an absolute nightmare and the entrance isn't very clearly marked or welcoming either

Nobody knows what's going on regarding a part that was ordered over a month ago. They just tell me to phone Ford customer services. Nobody follows up on anything!! Disappointed with Techno Dent, Eastcape Motors and Ford Customer Care. Everybody just passes the buck to somebody else. Still have no idea whats happening
