Terrible service!I gave a time frame that I would be available for the second time they would deliver because they failed to let me know they were coming the first time.Again. Zero communication from them and the delivery was not successful! I tried for an hour to get hold of them and kept getting cut off! Really not impressed. It has caused a major inconvenience!

Absolutely useless and poor service. We paid for a parcel to be shipped express overnight from JHB to Gabs, now 10 days later and still getting told by DHL Gabs that it is still in JHB.Would recommend using other companies.

I had to call them countless times to find the whereabouts of their driver. They didn't even connect me to the driver as per my request. I don't think they deserve my rating.

I was not called for tge delivery of my order. Order was delivered at the gate of the estates though there were special instructions of my house number and cell for code of entry. When tracking I realized that order was delivered day before, upon calling dawn wing they couldn't tell me who accepted my parcel nor drivers contacts. I was referred to my estate security guards whom they didn't even know their name. Call centre lady was even rude about it when I told her that my parcel could be lost by then. Total disaster, don't trust them with your parcels.

It blows the mind how a business can be so useless. No courtesy call to let you know they are unable to deliver. You have to call multiple times to eventually get to speak to someone. Phones just ring and then eventually drop the call. How can this so called business be trusted by banks and service providers to deliver to their clients is ridiculous.
