It took 3 tries to get my issue resolved but thankfully it was 3rd times the charm.I would like to commend everyone involved with addressing and fixing the issues my car was facing. I bought a used Ford EcoSport from Paul Maher in October 2022. From the time I walked in the staff were friendly and efficient. Sfiso was my sales assistant and he was clear and communicative the whole way through. I was furnished with all the information I requested about the vehicle, and some minor repairs were also done prior to the purchase.The only recommendation I would make is shopping around before making a trade in. I got significantly more for my car selling through Weelee.Would recommend!

Not only did they not recognise that my car had a timing chain and not a cambelt, but the service person blatantly lied to me about another matter. I will not take my vehicle back to a place where they firstly cannot identify my vehicle's needs, but also regard dishonesty and disrespect as part of the business practice. (Actually, more time was spent trying to get me to change/ upgrade brakes and tyres than taking notice of what needed to be done!)- very poor from all aspects - customer support person and service manager. I enjoy my vehicle, and thus will not trust it to Paul Maher again.
