I have used zasupport twice now for relatively urgent MacBook issues and find them very quick to respond, efficient in setting up an appointment, great at communicating and updating while the machine is with them, and very willing to follow up on any small snags. Great service and fairly priced. The only slightly strange thing is that they have to come out onto the street outside their offices to pick up the machine - feels a bit strange and not 100% safe but so far no issues.

I accidentally dropped a glass of water on my mac and i felt my soul departing from my body when the machine stopped working immediately. I was scared of losing all the work I've done.
