Champions Gym has helped me a lot, not only with my overall fitness, but with my attitude towards healthy living. One thing that I feel represents Champions gym overall, is the culture of making hard work fun.I never did classes before, it was a new experience for me, since starting with them a few years back I can honestly say. Going to the gym alone and doing weights just does not give me the same motivation that I get when I walk through the doors at Champions. I feel like i'm home :-)If you are thinking of somewhere to check out, for Boxing, Muay Thai or Strength and Conditioning. You will feel welcome, motivated and inspired.

Awesome gym! Great trainers, great equipment that is maintained well with great attention to hygiene protocols. Awesome people with a great sweat inducing workout that keeps me challenged. Must visit.

Dedicated, highly experienced, knowledgable & attentive instructors, with real world self defence scenarios are the ingredients for a very useful discipline. Highly recommended!

My son trains at this gym under the guidance of fellow member and fighter Bryony Soden and the main man David McVicker who has extensive experience in Muay Thai.He has only been there a short time but absolutely loves everything about it. It's like one little family where anyone or any age or ability is welcome. A place that teaches you to respect the art of Muay Thai and everything involved with it. Could not recommend this place enough. Get on down and try yourself. You won't regret it.

Excellent gym and classes

We have been going once a week to get fit and learn a bit of boxing technique, the guys make the experience fun whilst still getting the most of you. Myself, my fiancé and our 11 year old love it! We can recommend it to anyone young or old.
