The best trainers hands down and team at F45 Condell Park all very supportive it doesn't matter how you look or what you do they treat you like a family, Ash and the team helped me reach my goal of losing 50kgs, all I had to do was listen to their advice and follow through with it. I can write all day long about how great F45 Condell Park is, I am living my best life thanks to the team at F45 and stuck for life can't see my self doing anything else. When they say team training life changing, they're not joking. I highly recommend it. The trainers are amazing, they motivate and support each individual according to their abilities and the studio is one of the best!! Love it!! I can't live without my F45 team. Thank guys

I’m a new member but really enjoying the workouts. I hadn’t done group exercise in over 10 years. I was nervous to begin with but the staff are patient, friendly and always go the extra mile to ensure you are using the correct techniques. Loving the group atmosphere too. Highly recommend f45 condell Park!

Highly recommend it!!!!F45 Condell Park has got to be the best gym in Sydney! All the staff are incredibly friendly and professional. All of the trainers genuinely care about your form and progress.It’s a fun place to train and definitely is my favourite place to start my day! F45 has changed my life and I am the fittest I’ve ever been. The team and style of training keeps you motivated and fit. You will get results!

Probably hands down, the best gym I’ve ever been to. Not only are the results amazing- the Team at F45 Condell Park treat you like family. They are so supportive- and the community vibe they creat amongst the members is like no other. You will not be disappointed training here!

Trainers are a 10/10 they motivate me so much and inspire me to do better.Atmosphere is amazing - no one judges you and it’s like a little family!Equipment is new and maintainedStudio is always clean and everyone is made to sanitise.Love this place.
