Had a horrible experience with this company. I replaced a windscreen and realized when I got home that it wasn't properly fitted. I went back and they agreed. They then asked me to keep it on for 14 days so that the glue could stick thereafter they will do a total refit. During the 14 days the whole thing just started cracking all over. I therefore went back there. They accused me that the windscreen had fallen off and I tried to replace it and it cracked. They then refused to replace it.In addition, the professionalism is completely absent.

This place and their staff are absolutely amazing. I haven’t felt that type of service before from something that isn’t a hotel. They were super friendly and helpful in finding a solution to my kitchen needs. Henk and his team are a force to be reckoned with. I highly recommend this place

Paid for 2 x Airconditioners on 26th January 2023 to be installed the following week. We have now been unable to contact Steve Clarence since the payment went into his account. No response the phone calls (phone is off) no response to whatsapps and no response to either of his email addresses. I went to look for his business premises today - but there was no business at the address he has on his invoice and website. I hope (but am becoming doubtful) that there is a reasonable explanation. If anyone knows how to contact Steve please advise urgently before we approach the police.

I accidentally made a mistake As I was ringing lots of evaporative companies. NRS came to help straight away and the specialist was very knowledgeable about our Harmony Breeze Air and is able to fix it at a good price. Thankyou NRS for your professionalism.

Hands on owner and manager. Technician's that's qualified, with many years of experience of Cold rooms, Air-conditioning, fridges and freezer's. They also have a section that do glass, aluminum doors and windows. You can call them for Quotes and advice on all these things. Great work people. Keep it up
