Although the initial interaction seemed fine, I had multiple very frustrating interactions with the owner of this business. I left with my still not functioning fridge after several months now. First time the technician left with no fault detected, as I insisted and proved that temp of fridge is not cool enough, he came around again and finally detected a fault. By now its been 2 weeks. The fridge was working for a month now its broken again. Had to chase after several times. No one ever came again. Owner does not care. Never again.

Derek and his team are setting a benchmark for the service industry. Well done and thank you for doing such a great job with all my appliances every single time! Highly appreciated and highly recommended!

Derrick from Bergen's in Northriding was extremely helpful and efficient in his communication when our old Bosch Maxx 6 washing machine wasn't draining. His team came to our complex to collect the unit and they had a course of action for me the next day. Once the part arrived it was found that a PCB board was also faulty which Derrick sourced 2nd hand and also replaced for me. They returned and set up the Washing Machine when it came back. Derrick and his team fixed it for cheaper than another Bergen's had done for me a couple years earlier. Very happy with the repair the machine has been working solidly in the three weeks I have had it back. Will definitely recommend Derrick and this Bergen's to anyone in the Northriding area.

Over the many years of having to repair appliances and being let down by many different appliance repair companies, finally having found this particular Bergens, I can only say that they have come up absolutely tops!!An older Samsung fridge that I have, has given me a particular headache in the last six months and I have subsequently discovered it has been the constant power surges that have caused the problems with all the sensors.Derek and his team have been extremely quick and responsive in attending to the breakdowns and honoring warranties where they applied. His team of technicians are extremely efficient and polite at all times and very conscious of adhering to all covid protocols. The good advice I have received from Derek is to plug my fridge into an Ellies power surge plug to protect it going forward. Thank you to Derek and his great team for awesome service.
