Outstanding customer service! Jimmy responded to my WhatsApp immediately and professionally. He collected my microwave within hours. Came back to me the next day with a quote as promised. It was then repaired within less than 24hrs and dropped back at my home on a Saturday afternoon so we weren’t stuck without a microwave for the weekend. So efficient and excellent service. Thank you!

I also didn't have a good experience. My was washing machine is still leaking after the repair. We informed the technician, then reminded twice but after two weeks no communication at all. He went completely quiet.

I am absolutely blown away!When my washing machine went 'clunk-CLUNK-clunk' and stopped spinning, I honestly thought it's a write-off. But Jimmy and his team assessed the damage, ordered the parts, did the repairs and brought my machine back in less than 4 days. Our old Defy dishwasher broke on a Friday and after phoning around, Jimmy was the only one who could come and look at it on the same day. He collected the machine and brought it back Tuesday with the part fixed. He responds in a couple of hours over whatsapp and was not sticky when it came to money, we only had to pay after the machine was brought back and fixed. I would recommend his services and it is nice to support a small independent business.
