On 2 occasions I have ordered medication to be delivered on both occasions I did not receive my order. I had to call multiple times to follow up on my order and have received below average service. One star is far too much.

This is the worst run Dischem that I’ve been to. The staff are very unfriendly and they are often out of stock. It is disappointing for a Dischem store in such a well located centre to be so badly managed.

I am completely appalled by the treatment I am getting from the clinic. I did my health assessment 2 weeks ago. 2 whole weeks ago. And Sne was supposed to send me my results. And whenever I call the clinic and leave a message she doesn't get back to me. I even decided to go to the Sandton branch, but I couldn't do another assessment because it's finding her incomplete assessment. Im actually very upset and I've been very patient.

Trying to get flu vaccine. Sent to Baby City. But no one to talk to. Staff not sure of process or waiting time. Not clear booking process and all round confusion. No problem waiting just nice to know. Assumption seems to be that everyone will wait no matter ho long. This I don’t see as a helpful process

Absolutely appalling service at the pharmacy, most are too busy chatting and make customers wait in the queue and then forget to put some of your meds in the packet. I now have to fork out more money to get the rest of my meds. NEVER going back there again. Sunninghill is brilliant!
