Water utility company

I had an oddly different experience to the other reviewers. Not at all punctual or efficient, destructive to my property (broke more than they fixed) and dishonest with the finances. I was so surprised by this encounter: I have not come across anything like this before, and am uncertain how to review it kindly but honestly. Would have to caution anyone considering using them, though.And to be clear (update post-review response), things just got worse.

Replaced our meter for no apparent reason, left our driveway in a mess and after numerous attempts we have been unable to get them to replace paving etc. After meter was replaced we had a major leak on the meter, was repaired after 2 days, but now the driveway is in an even worst state, still waiting for them, will have to repair ourselves,

Aqua Pura has the best filtered-water at the best price in all of PTA. The customer service is top-notch. The store was neat, clean, and COVID protocol (mask, social distance, and hand sanitiser) was emplace. The business is family-owned as well, so it's always wonderful supporting a local business. I definitely won't be buying my water anywhere else but at Aqua Pura!

I am not happy. Mngeni water gave a false reading of our water two months ago. As a result we have an account of R2800. Despite my providing photographic evidence that they read the meter incorrectly, they still have not corrected the account. We are now in arrears respite not using the water they claimed we did.Who can fix this issue?

I approached Rototank Moorreesburg with a leak on my swimming pool pump. Something they do not do but they did not show me away. Jimmy Kapinda was the guy that do the plastic welding at Rototank. What a pleasant experience. So friendly and patient. He really gave his best. While he was busy, the Director came to see what we try to do. He immediately offer me another solution if this one do not work. This was absolute excellent service. Something you struggle to get these days. Thank you very much.

We have had a great experience with using Earth and Water for our gardens. After 4 attempts with other companies we had almost given up hope of creating the right garden for our home. After our experience with the creation of our vertical garden by Earth and Water (an awesome feature of our new internal courtyard) we asked Nigel to consider what he would do with the sloping front yard. It turned out fantastically and really complements the front of our house (we are talking about re-levelling, walls, plants, fence and reticulation – the lot). Our relationship continued to the large backyard and at last we have a backyard we enjoy being in – fun and practical. We have really enjoyed the creative process, have been very well treated and highly recommend Earth and Water to our friends!
