The person who runs their WhatsApp page is very rude. Barely gives one any notice when making an enquiry or a follow up to an enquiry. Was quoted a different price over the phone then when given banking details on the pick up of the skip, I am told a different price. The only upside to them is their punctuality.

They are ok. Bin gets collected within 48 hours once requested.Accounts department needs a kick in the arse though, they are Rude, unhelpful, luckily I have not met them personally, as I do not wish to see another jail cell.

Wasted two hours working from 6am to 8am. THEY ARE NOT OPEN!!TIMES ARE INCORRECT & MEAN NOTHING. THERE IS NO ACTUAL PERSON IN CHARGE.THERE IS NO CONTACT OR EMAIL OR ANYTHING USEFULL FROM ANYONE THERE!NO BOSS DETAILS FROM STAFF REGARDING NAMES OR NUMBERS OR HOW TO CONTACT THEM.I WAS TOLD TO GO COMPLAIN IN BELLEVILLE!..... FOR DIRT?...
