Water purification company

We had Jack from Perth Plumbing Co install a whole house water softener and filtration system to our property and couldn’t be happier. Jack made time to get our system installed quickly and his service was exceptional. Jack also took the time to explain everything we needed to know in detail. The quality of work is outstanding and we highly recommend him for any plumbing needs.

Friendly staff but shop is small and there should be another branch at the mall which they closed.current position close to another supplier down the road.

We engaged Craig this time last year to clean out the rainwater tank at our newly purchased rural home and to discuss the install of a filtration system to it. Not only did he do a great job with the tank clean, he also offered us several filtration options and provided plenty of information about the products. He was able to install the filtration system during the same visit and it’s been one of the best purchases we’ve made here! We get lots of comments about how lovely our water is and we put it down to the twin filter + UV lamp system Craig installed. Just had our first annual service on the system this week and was the same great experience as the install…great service, great communication, top job! Good, reliable tradies are so very hard to find (especially out our way) so we are very happy to recommend Craig.

Thank you for your help today with replacing a leaking under sink filtration system which was originally supplied from another company who were very unresponsive when I contacted them to help me replace it. It was swapped over for yours in record time, and with fabulous customer service. Thanks again!

Best place to buy purified water from friendly staff and lots off spares filters and others.

I had excellent service from the Glacier Team - very efficient and friendly. I bought two water cooler dispensers from them. They are superb quality and really deliver nice filtered water.

Aqua Pura has the best filtered-water at the best price in all of PTA. The customer service is top-notch. The store was neat, clean, and COVID protocol (mask, social distance, and hand sanitiser) was emplace. The business is family-owned as well, so it's always wonderful supporting a local business. I definitely won't be buying my water anywhere else but at Aqua Pura!
