Water damage restoration service

They installed a water heat less than 12 months ago. The pilot light has gone out and won't reignite and they want to charge me to have it fix. I will not be using this company ever again.

Carpet still stinking after cleaning, cleaning with water only???When we checked it looked like nothing was done

Chem dry came to clean two chairs and a linen sofa. all were left in the sun to dry per their advice but later that day, I realised my linen sofa had bleached /discoloured in large areas. I contacted Chem dry to come and see what had happened to my sofa and they never firstly apologised and secondly, they never arrived when they had promised to come. I messaged again and rescheduled for the following Thursday and they never showed up again and didn’t contact me since. This was a something that could have been resolved or just explained simply in person, amicably but instead has left a really bad impression. I wasn’t even looking for a refund, just an explanation as to what happened to my sofa.

Aqua Pura has the best filtered-water at the best price in all of PTA. The customer service is top-notch. The store was neat, clean, and COVID protocol (mask, social distance, and hand sanitiser) was emplace. The business is family-owned as well, so it's always wonderful supporting a local business. I definitely won't be buying my water anywhere else but at Aqua Pura!

I contacted Flick Damp Proofing to remedy rising damp we had in approximately 75% of the walls in my house.I completed an online request, and was contacted the same day to arrange an inspection with Joe Bellamy, the sales director, who came around a day or two later. Flick's quotation was the cheapest of those I obtained, and I was told the job would take at least 5 working days to complete.We only accepted Joe's quote about a month after his visit because of other building work were had to coordinate, but he arrived promptly on the morning he was scheduled to, with no follow-up or confirmation needed by me, and his crew completed the entire job in 3 days!The quality of the work done is superb - the plaster finish was excellent, and the house was left in a reasonably clean condition after each day's work.Finally, Joe was able to provide me with good advice on the use of other products in conjunction with his damp proofing, like rhinolite and painting delay times, and he accommodated changes in scope with no problem.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Flick Damp Proofing to anyone in need of a reputable damp proofing company that delivers an excellent service.

The external contractor that did the tiling was also phenomenal and we are very happy so far. Would highly recommend Universal Roofing !

The quality of their work is sub-standard and the 5 year guarantee is a scam. They look for reasons not to repair their defects. Had rising damp attended by Flick and within a year of repair it was rising all over again. Shoddy work. I will not recommend them to anyone .
