Unfortunately a Trucare employee left my family member unattended and alone for hours when they thought I was not watching. When the employee reappeared she lied to me about it as well.Thankfully Trucare took swift action against the guilty employee and made it clear that they will in no way tolerate such instances. Trucare really does care about the wellbeing of their patients and of course their reputation.

Terrible service. Absolutely shocked at their incompetence and horrible treatment. How they are allowed to be care takers for the elderly astounds me.
