Water works

We had Jack from Perth Plumbing Co install a whole house water softener and filtration system to our property and couldn’t be happier. Jack made time to get our system installed quickly and his service was exceptional. Jack also took the time to explain everything we needed to know in detail. The quality of work is outstanding and we highly recommend him for any plumbing needs.

Came to view my place and worked I wanted done on a geyser to make it compliant (to get a coc to sell property).Talked on phone afterwords regarding changes required. A few weeks later and still waiting for quote.Even prompt them again and was told he'll send me over the details which never happened.I guess some jobs they just don't prefer doing and then just go silent. Cant recommend this.Edit to response from Owner:Please don't be sarcastic - I don't need to expose personal information about myself - you already have that. I will attach a screenshot which shows your number, logo and conversion.

Aqua Pura has the best filtered-water at the best price in all of PTA. The customer service is top-notch. The store was neat, clean, and COVID protocol (mask, social distance, and hand sanitiser) was emplace. The business is family-owned as well, so it's always wonderful supporting a local business. I definitely won't be buying my water anywhere else but at Aqua Pura!
