We recently installed a SunSynk solar 6 panel solar system at our home . During the exploratory phase we got excellent advice on the various options and Paroshen and his team helped us narrow down our decision to a solution that met our needs and was affordable. The actual installation was professionally done by a large experienced and competent team. During the installation we received ongoing updates and all our mundane technical queries were addressed in a way that we could understand . The quality of the work was exceptional, the team were polite and professional throughout. We were delighted with the final product and now enjoy a seamless and lower cost energy supply , with and without load-shedding.

This is by far the worst solar company we have dealt with. Job not completed. Ecosmart Sold a solar system that could not work off grid. Ecosmart takes deposits then does not purchase the goods. Wolfgang the owner has shown to be dishonest. We called two other of their clients before us who had similar experience. Avoid at all costs.

I have utilised Solar Solutions on 3 separate occasions.1. Installation of Window Film on a number of windows in my home.2. Purchase and installation of a 5.5kva UPS/Inverter that runs everything in my home excluding oven and geysers during outages/load shedding.3. Expansion of the existing Solar Water Heating system to include two geysers. This included the installation of a GeyserWise MAX that enables me to manage the geysers in terms of on/off, holiday program, max water temp. etc.In all my dealings with Glen & Amelia I have experienced nothing but excellent service. Nothing is too much trouble; they deliver in terms of their promised timelines and the quality of their work cannot be faulted. Prices are also most competitive.I have no hesitation in recommending Solar Solutions and will continue to utilise their services in the future.

Chris is always hands on and helpful. In all occasions where I experienced some technical glitches, he was there to guide and advise. First it was the geyser thermostat that went bust and he correctly suggested that I get a plumber to check the geyser as there was nothing wrong with the timer. In the second instance, the timer was no longer connecting to the WiFi so we had no hot water anymore. He guided me as to how to reconnect it; so happy that hot water is back.
