Bought a car with extended service plan only to find out the documents i have are not the same as the documents that were submitted to TRAFFIC , when I lay a complain I'm getting a its not our fault"

Don't expect a legitimate query to actually be resolved. Not from the branch nor the head office. My car was meant to undergo a major service for which I wad charged a decent amount and which I paid in full. I don't believe the service was done. It remains a mystery to me how new spark plugs were fitted where the engine was never touched, there is no dust disturbance on any of the engine panels. Having escalated it, I got offered a car wash. I asked that the car be assessed by another branch and the work checked by a branch nominated by head office. Off course, I never heard back.

FCR is now issuing unlimited kilometers but only on insurances persons... which is to me now living under the law of the jungle principle ( survival of the fittest)

I would give this place negative stars if i could. Dont believe the fake reviews,probably family and/staff. Worksmanship is poor of the products , when wanting to return they claim that is what they charging you an arm and a leg for , imperfections". But yet the samples they have on display has no "imperfections". Pathetic"

No hassles. They offer shuttle service which you don't have to wait forever. I called the day before was able to book the car for service the next day. By 13:00 the car was ready.
