Photo restoration service

Yesterday I walked in with my disposable camera. The man who helped me, was very very nice. Just leaving this 5-star review for the customer service. Haven't been treated this nicely in a store in a looong time.I will receive my pictures tomorrow, honestly can't wait!

I went to DHL at Valley Hyper to print documents that was attached to my e mails. I e mailed the documents to them and they printed it for me. Their service is professional and quick.The staff is very friendly an helpfull.They do all types of printing and even screen printing and large format printing. They also do printing on personalised pens. They also have beautifull picture frames.

Had a passport photo taken there 2 weeks ago, just tried to do online passport application and turns out the photos resolution is too low. Not happy.

Absolutely shocking service and overall quality of product. This after paying the most amount of money I have ever spent to have just 3x A4 photos printed. They did not inform me of any extra charges such as 'redesigning' of the photographs, etc. As a consumer one has the right to be informed of any 'extras' and the cost of these before agreeing to make a purchase. Costs should never be hidden. (Also given what you are paying to have these photos printed one would think this would be included in the fee) I then received 3 photographs that look completely different in the frames (different sizes, colours, boarders, etc) When I took the photos back in their frames to show them and to simply ask for help, I was met with condescension, spoken over, and everything that was suggested to fix" the problem came with new additional costs. Just terrible

I am a student at UNSW and had an urgent submission due on Monday, Haroon was very kind enough to help both me and my classmate out with our prints and was patient enough to go through with the printing process. I was very satisfied with the results, the prints came out perfectly perfect!

Super quick turnaround on 120mm E6 develop. Only rook like 6 hours. Professional service and quality.And some of the friendliest guys ever.

So disappointed in this place :(. I dropped off a portrait to be framed. They said they will call me the next day with a quotation. Never received a call from them. After back and forth we finally received our quote and was told it would take 2 weeks to finalize everything. After 2 weeks we had to call them and ask what is happening. Order was delayed. After 3 weeks they accidentally sold our frame to another client. After almost a month, we cancelled everything.Very poor service! Would not recommend.
