Electrical repair shop

Took my IPad in for screen and home button repair, turnaround time was quicker than expected and they took extra time to run full diagnostic and haptic tests. Very pleased with their service, will be back in the future!

Well, after reading the reviews I can see why we are having such a problem. Empty promises, lots of meaningless apologies, dealing with not one, or two or even three different people, but many who say the same thing as the person before but with no satisfactory answers or results. You get put on hold for ages only to be cut off, call back and then endure some more insincere apologies. (They are good at apologies though and for that they get one star - I guess they have had lots of practice).Why is this such a mess? The TV is under warranty. We were promised it back after 3 days. Now it's 3 weeks later. The TV will be delivered tomorrow they say, tomorrow comes and goes. Make another call, definitely on Monday they say - Monday comes and goes. Make another call, the TV is now not yet repaired.And so it continues. Is this a legit place? Where is our TV? I can't believe Samsung have accredited or endorsed this place to do work on their behalf, surely not?And then the canned response to the reviews is just a joke.

Worst customer service experience ever. The man working at 2 pm on Monday 23 January 2023 was actually looking for a way NOT to be of service and trying to make it impossible to have a sceen protector which is slightly lifting on a ZFlip 4. No accountability whatsoever by Samsung after selling me an expensive product. I am shocked

I was absolutely impressed by the work of these three very competent individuals. Firstly, I have to admit that I chose them to work in my house because they prepared the most affordable quotation for their work amongst all the Department of Labour-recognised electricians.The work was to install a new dual socket plug in a room, with a new switch on the DB board within less than an hour. They arrived at my place (a bit earlier than expected!), well-equipped and prepared, without those typical I need to go get something to finish this job" excuses mid-way into a job which I have heard too often from many of these "electricians". They then sent me the two-paged signed Certificate of Compliance as soon as they could.Honestly

Untrustworthy. Good Auto electrician but he lied and kept my van for 3 days when the work was done in one day. He used my van for his private work and lied that he didnt when questioned about it. I would definitely recommend finding another auto electrician.

My computer had a start up problem and I handed it in at BDK Tech, Worcester. After 5 working days, a few visits and telephone calls, nothing had been done and I insisted on having my computer back. A person (manager/owner?) popped out of his office and refused to answer my question about the poor service that they rendered to me. He said that he was not going to argue with me and turned his back on me. When I asked who he is, he shouted from his office Kotze!". Two hours later I had my computer up and running again."

If you have anything from TVs, remotes anything electrical! these guys are seriously the GURUS with fixing anything that is electronic and broken and it need to be fixed promptly and cost effectively! - I had a broken large Score Board and Remote control purchased from China and these guys were able to fix it for $100 when the Chinese supplier said I need to buy a new one! which would have costed me another $10,000 dollars.... speak to Thai! he is your man!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Did not make me pay for labor on work which was done trying to fit wrong part. Very professional

Showed up on time, finished the job when they said they would, cleaned the site and also advised about a gas promotion where I could get $800 back - no other company who came out to quote let me know about this offer. Best price and best service - would recommend highly.
