Customers service was top notch willing to share detailed information how the parts work and what is wrong. was given repair options to choose. very willing to share knowledge. fridge was repaired on site and was up and running within 2 hours from first call.

I was helped by Arens after my fridge was no longer cold. He responded promptly on site and walked me through the possible problems and solutions. Very helpful and educated on the subject. He was able to quickly give me possible quotes when I initially phoned about costs etc. showing a lot of knowledge about the appliance. He also provided wonderful and useful post service advice and help via telephone.
