Terrible customer service!! Expect poor quality furniture and delays.As others have already stated in their reviews, expect rude staff - huge delays and when you ask for help or updates on your shipment expect to be ignored or listen to excuses.

Absolutely adore my Betsy Desk from Hardwood Tables Co.The desk is solid and so stylish. Postage was quick and product came with no damage, perfect condition. Easy to assemble as you just have to attach the legs.Communication with the company has been easy and they have answered all queries quickly.Would recommend and purchase further products!!

I do not recommend purchasing Marri or Chestnut furniture from this company. Our dining chairs were very poorly constructed and failed (wood and joins split) and nails protruded through the cushioning after less than 20 months.

I went there with a colour sample from home, they guaranteed they could colour match it. I paid my deposit happily and said it would be ten weeks for their factory in vietnam to make. It was all down hill from there, the bedside drawers are yellow based whereas my original sample was more red. The drawers stick. Took my complaint and they did not care. Refused to help me, refund or assist. Worst company i have ever shopped with. If i could give lower rating i would!

Horrible expectations, the furniture looks nice and well priced however DO NOT order anything from them unless it is in stock ready to go. Our sofa has been delay every month since we ordered it, they never return my calls or emails. The broken English is used in forming excuses that contradict what they said the previous month. I do not mind waiting but if you set a date keep close to it, don't move the date every month for the past 5 months then say it might only ship then end of next month. Terrible custom service, incredibly frustrating situation to try get my deposit back.
