We used P&R for the first time yesterday to go to the Imagine Dragons concert in Cape Town. They ensured that my children and I had a stress-free experience traveling to and from the venue. Definitely recommend using this service!

Everything worked well. Just the distance from the buses to the stadium is way too far. We were okay but if there are small kids and older people then this might be a problem. Surely they should have a close drop off and pick up point and then buses can park elsewhere. The walk back after the event was long and there was no guidance when leaving the stadium so had no clue if we were walking in the right direction. They did send a Google maps location which helped but only started to work long after leaving the stadium. The bus was also not in the best mechanical condition and wasn't able to get over the 20km mark on the highway on an incline. This delayed the trip back. Aside from the above issues it worked well and would consider using the service again if the above is attended to.

The team of p&r really takes care of you. Exceptional service and stress free. Would recommend this for anyone. It's the safest way to attend any event.

Watched imagine dragons yesterday at FNB Stadium. We got through the traffic without any hassles while people in vehicles were stuck for hours. Highly professional and well organized team of Park and Ride Ushers.

We used the Park and Ride service for the Imagine Dragons Concert at FNB stadium. Arriving at the stadium seemed organised but leaving was complete chaos. We were not collected from the exact same spot as the drop off. There were no ushers to assist in directing people to the buses based on their destination and no visible signage on where to go. There was also no lighting - people were falling as they couldn’t see the footpaths and they could not walk on the “roads” due to the bus traffic. It felt like a complete disaster at the end of the event.

Parked way too far from the FNB stadium and going back to the busses were a disaster. A few years back the busses parked closer and was much quicker and easy to access. They also ran out of wristbands and no one offered parking tickets when going back to the mall, we had to go ask. Very disappointed this time.

Edit: They have a rude lady calling you acting like you’re in the wrong when they didn’t have people helping at the event like they said they would. The specific lady also says never to make use of their park and ride services again instead of asking what they can change to make service better in the future. She also states that you as a client are one of those people who are never happy with anything once again blaming it on the clients instead of taking responsibility.Worst experience, have to walk over 4km to the stadium after we were told we'd get dropped off in front of the venue. Get an email stating that there will be complimentary tickets at Menlyn mall but instead we all have to que at the mall at 9pm for over 30 minutes in the evening to pay for parking with just one security guard. We were assured there will be designated people before and AFTER the show to direct where everyone needs to go but instead NO one from park and ride was there. Email them about it and all you get are excuses but fact of the matter is you get overcharged because you do not get the full service that you paid for.
