I visited Ground Zero Paintball as part of a birthday party, our group consisted of 19 people.The facilities were great and the staff were all very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They also have really good safety protocols in place.The equipment worked well and we played a variety of games in the two different camps they have available.They have a tuck shop with snacks and drinks, just be sure to have cash on you. You are also allowed to pack in your own snacks and drinks.Highley recommended and great fun for kids and adults alike.

Worst service ever!! Bought a gun from them, few months later the gun was not working anymore because they never advised me that you shouldn't leave the gas canister in when I bought it, anyway took it in for repairs 2 months ago already, went there twice and phoned to see where the gun is only to be told the shop at the back is in such a mess they don't know where my gun is they will phone me once they find it. Now almost 3 months later I got called to go fetch the gun. Will never use them again and won't advise anyone to make use of this shop service is bad!

Happy with my eventual purchase. The sales person athough willing to help didn't know much about the product, the other employee obviously knew more but rather than helping preferred to be sarcastic to the younger person who asked him information. It resulted in a awkward atmosphere. Next time I'll rather drive to BT-Menlyn.

I visited the Security Hyperstore head office at Overport City - I needed a new solenoid for a lock. Karen helped me - she was very friendly and helpful. The solenoid I needed was not in stock so she promised to get one from another store and it will be ready for collection the next day. She also took my contact details. The next day I called to make sure the part had arrived - Karen was busy so I left a message asking for her to call me back. I waited and waited for her to call me back. Then I waited some more. Nothing. Eventually I went to speak to the friendly guys down the road at Northside Electrical. They had the solenoid in stock and it was CHEAPER than Security Hyperstore. Turns out that Karen's inefficiency worked in my favour.
