Sauna

The treatment rooms and the treatments themselves are great, had a truly relaxing time in the treatment rooms and relaxation room after. The therapists are doing a GREAT job.However, the thermal suite is not 5 star. Wet towels on the floor, dirty glasses on the counter, showers are in terrible condition similar to that of a gym. Additionally, whilst I was laying in the heated pool, staff members were standing nearby having the loudest personal conversation.Not an ideal if you are going as a hetero couple as mens and womens facilities are completely separate - so you'll do sauna, pool, steam room completely separate from each other.If you want some lunch during your spa day, you'll have to get dressed and leave the spa island completely which completely breaks the rhythm of the day and any sense of relaxation.

The treatments are top class. The treatment beds are great. They move and are heated and are extremely comfortable. This is by far the best spa experience I have had in SA. Better service than 12 Apostles and not so fussy. The facilities need a touch of TLC. One jet wasn't working in the vitality pool and some tiles were coming away in the steam room. There is a lovely outside pool to relax under the trees by.

Nice pool, when you can get into it.The carpark is small and there's often a wait as people battle for spots. Their squad program, which is on every weeknight, uses all but two lanes making it very unpleasant to swim after work. Weekends are typically fine if you don't get stuck in the carpark.It's a much nicer pool in winter when it's quieter and you can get a spot and a lane. Disappointing a lot of summer :(

Further to initial complaint on installation and after-service difficulty,the service improved considerably.I can recommend this company, they are prepared to resolve challenges.

Very welcome and my treatment was amazing

Had my first ever laser tattoo removal today. Charmaine is very open and honest about what to expect, pain levels, risks, etc. Had 3 sessions in the past of 123 Tattoo Free from another place, was very disappointed with the lack of results. Can already see I'm going to have amazing results with Charmaine's laser treatment

This was the most amazing place! The house is spacious and beautiful inside and out! The jacuzzi is relaxing and the view is incredible. We always had assistance and our hosts went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and taken care of. The horses are an extra treat and feeding them was fun. Our host catered to everything and we had the most amazing time..Thank u to Mushtag and his wife your home is breathtaking! We will definitely be back soon! The home has everything you need and is well equipped. I did not even want to leave...

Best gym in Perth. I’ve tried Revo even though it’s cheaper but the service and classes they have to offer at roar are worth every penny. Been here for over 3 years and pretty happy with the equipments, space and staffing. Student rates are reasonable too
