Professional from start to finish. Assessment done and problem found, came out the following working day to fix the problem. Checked everything was working before leaving, even serviced the gas heater for no extra charge. Highly recommended this company.

Came to view my place and worked I wanted done on a geyser to make it compliant (to get a coc to sell property).Talked on phone afterwords regarding changes required. A few weeks later and still waiting for quote.Even prompt them again and was told he'll send me over the details which never happened.I guess some jobs they just don't prefer doing and then just go silent. APPALLING! Zero sense of urgency, leaving customers without without water. 4 day turnaround time. Insurance could not even certify the geyser installation they had done, as it was done incorrectly with bad workmanship. Absolutely useless plumbers. Do not use them.

We had two plumbers that were unable to solve our problem so by the time I reached our to Drain Meister, I was so despondent. To my pleasant surprise, our plumbing issue was solved and they were very professional. Thank you so much Drain Meister, you definitely are thr best.

I contacted this business due to their reviews and I’m so glad I did. Deon answered me promptly and scheduled a team the following day. Kobus and Daryn came out and luckily it was something small to solve, but I have no doubt that someone else would’ve suggested more unnecessary work to be done. Will definitely stick to Drips and Drains from now on.

I had an oddly different experience to the other reviewers. Not at all punctual or efficient, destructive to my property (broke more than they fixed) and dishonest with the finances. I was so surprised by this encounter: I have not come across anything like this before, and am uncertain how to review it kindly but honestly. Would have to caution anyone considering using them, though.And to be clear (update post-review response), things just got worse.
