1 word for the service I received. EXCELLENT. I received immediate reply for my enquiries and on the day the turning was scheduled I ran into a crisis with the transportation of the piano and when I informed the gentlemen at The piano man they immediately came to the rescue arranging to transport the piano to the desired location and then tuning it beautifully. The gentlemen assisting and providing the services were well trained and knew exactly what to do and tried and achieved everything we asked of them. I highly recommend their services to every and anyone with a piano !

Icons Shop is an experience of note, they excel in their customer service, I am staying in a small town away from everything and I managed to buy a bass amp over the telephone and the item was shipped the same day after the deal was sealed. Fabulous people and a great concept

I slept on some items I had to get for a weekend of gigging that I had coming up. At the very last minute I phoned Icons Shop and was assisted by Lé Roy. His service was friendly and he managed to get me my items in only 2 days! Would highly recommend them. Thanks for the good service, guys!
