I started attending cntre space not long after they opened their doors and instantly noticed the changes within myself and felt amazed by how open and beautiful the community surrounding their practice are. The owners and teachers of cntre space are experienced and always willing to help and provide support to all levels of individuals in their yoga and meditation journeys.Whether you are looking to become more flexible and mobile or increase your self-awareness and mindfulness through meditation, I would highly recommend attending the cntre space practice and experience the incredible yoga and meditation classes they provide.

Love the vibe of the space. It is authentic, comforting and energising. Each teacher has their own style making every class a unique experience. In my short time there I have learnt so much about the practice, found new ways to connect with myself and meditate deeply. It is extremely refreshing having somewhere to go (outside of home) to take time to myself, something I didn’t see myself doing a short time ago. I have already noticed improvements to sleep, stress and overall well-being – it was an easy decision to sign up as a full Member. Highly recommend. Five stars.

Firstly, the space and atmosphere is phenomenal.When I walk into this lush palace of sacredness I feel very welcomed by the owners and teachers, everyone is friendly, kind and warm hearted.Secondly the customer service Remmy provides is stellar - Remmy is very flexible and extremely accommodating to her customers.This business is a soul based business with great morals and ethics, couldn't recommend this place more.

From my first yoga class at Cntre Space i fell in love with the space. All of the students and teachers are incredibly friendly and welcoming and I have learnt so much about the practice. Every teacher has their own unique style and provides plenty of options for everyone in the class whether you are at a beginner or advanced level. The meditation classes are also great. I would highly recommend Cntre Space to anyone interested in yoga and/or meditation!

Highly recommend Cntre space, was my first time trying yoga and loved it right from the start, always a energising mood once you walk through the door, really changes your day right away, they have a friendly and helpful team to show the way on your journey what ever your skill level.
