Further to initial complaint on installation and after-service difficulty,the service improved considerably.I can recommend this company, they are prepared to resolve challenges.

Very very poor service and arrogance

I bought a spa bath and was very happy with the service however after sale service is very poor. I am waiting 7 months now for a replacement nozzle. They dont contact me but make promisses they cant keep every time that I make contact.

Scandi are good at marketing their products as we were blown away and sold a steam room which promised a good and relaxing experience for a residential property. As soon as we paid, this was then installed. We have had nothing but ongoing issues from the time it was installed and after logging these issues, all repair work raised has been delayed numerous times. Recently we agreed to their their rate which we know was inflated for a call out and the team did not bother coming or letting us know of any issues of why they did not bother to come. Scandi lack in customer service skills, commitment skills and after sales care of their product. I would not recommend buying their products as you would be wasting your money...whatever you buy will break soon after they leave.
