What an utter disappointment. We left our marvelous restaurant, wanting to spoil ourselves with a petit four from Limnos Bakery in Cavendish Square which was close by. Having no Petit Four's I opted for a Cupcake. When were the Cupcakes made?" I enquired. "We received them yesterday" came the answer without making eye contact. Thinking yesterday is not too bad

Great service. Has halal food. The brisket burger and chicken wrap was delicious.

I previously had good experiences at this filling station but yesterday's carwash was very disappointing. They left my front mag wheels very dirty. When I pointed it out, I was told that it wouldn't come off. However, when I insisted, the carwash attendant wiped it and most of the dirt came off without any trouble. Just sloppy work.

The worst service I have ever encountered. You wait for ever and when you complain you get an attitude. Will not see me again.

Pathetic service... last two months I've stopped here 5 times each time having to drive away because, even though bousers are free no one bothers to attend to you to fuel up. Its poor management and work ethic. Management and or staff needs to be changed. This hasn't only been the case in the last two months but most the year as well as last year.

For the first time I am so disappointed by the service I got yesterday from the petrol attendants at this garage. Yesterday at 14:30 my husband and I went there to get our tyres filled up and to my surprize the petrol attendant at the fill up point we were parked pointed to someone else as he was too busy to fill our tyres. To my astonishment when I realised all the petrol attendants are servicing one car because the car is being driven by some Nigerian guys a bunch of pretty girls.All the petrol attendants were putting petrol and washing this guy's car and chatting up these girl while there are other people there who need help. The petrol attendant who eventually came to help us was making all kinds of remarks about how we were only there to fill up our tyres and while he put air in our tyres my husband noticed he was not putting in the right amount so he asked him and the petrol attendant said he doesn't have to put in air until the machine made a sound. He further went to shout to his fellow petrol attendants telling them how we are complaining yet we are not even filling up petrol.I fill up a full tank at this garage every 2 - 3 weeks and the past 2 times I realised both times on the 25th of March and 12th of April 2021 the petrol attend did not ask to check if the air on my tyres was okay nor oil or the water. On top of that they didn't even do the routine windshield wash.I am highly disappointed by the service of this garage. I have been a loyal customer at this garage for over 3 years now and have never encountered such unprofessionalism and utter disrespect!I live quite far from this Shell garage and on my way to fill up my petrol there I pass 5 other petrol stations. I am so utterly disappointed.

They are currently working on the shop, therefore the shop itself is closed, as well as the bathrooms. Toilets are in a container at the back. No toilet seats, no toilet paper, and always leaking water onto the floor. No handsoap or papers. Illegal hawkers everywhere and beggars. If you can hold it, I suggest you do. Really bad experience.

By far the best petrol station I've been to. Friendly staff, freshly baked goods inside the store, huge variety of products inside the convenience store. I try my utmost to only fill up my vehicles here because of the outstanding service.
