Chicken restaurant

Several encounters here , staff is mildly helpful , the pub side is nothing to rave about, the music is not very inviting either, the food is good- can be improved though. I suppose if you’re looking for a place to drink your beer and catch up with friends it’s a good place to go .

It's a bit small and awkward but the staff are always friendly and work hard. They're fast and efficient. The busier they are the better the food!

Food was fresh, the shakes was great aswell the service..

Well so happy that the chicken actually tastes like KFC chicken now, the coleslaw was great but if half a container of chips is your large chips I'd hate to see a small chips.☹️

The service is always friendly but unfortunately to find an ice cream machine that works is like a Leprechaun discovering his pot of gold. Any hours after 8pm and they will only serve chicken pieces as burgers or buns magically disappear. They also make you wait in the parking lot because they take extremely long ti serve you and don't want the info from the pressure sensor in the drive through to go back to HQ.

I ordered a zinger meal last night around 20:30 at the drive thru. Soon as I collected my order, I found the burger was cold like it was prepared hours ago and so was the chips.In all fairness Sarnia KFC, every meal is supposed to served fresh to your customers, it’s utterly disgusting to be having a meal that is cold. This is not the first time I have tolerated this from your branch.As for the public, please refrain yourselves from purchasing your meal here if you wish to buy fresh food. This whole KFC franchise has lost the plot.

Horrible food and service. Doesn’t even smell and taste like KFC. Retrain the staff

Halt Road KFC charged me twice for the same meals, I only received the messages when I got home. I went back Monday, thinking it will be reversed to my bank account, which did not happen. They gave me a whole long story.......

The service was terrible, asking myself what if I was a owner of the store and they never met me I would never keep such employees in my company and chicken was too dry But the mall is interesting wouldn't say breath taking. It has a very very big rock on the basement

Very POOR service. The store mixed our orders up with that of another customer. We then phoned the branch manager and queried the matter. She was insistent that she could not do anything about the issue. This was extremely disappointing since the money that was used for the order was already taken out of my account. The order that was delivered did not match the monetary value of the ordered meal. I'm appalled by the lack of assistance offered by the manager .Extremely unhappy with the service recieved at this store . Definitely never going to order from there again.
