Great view of Westville

I am disgusted by their service. I needed my car depoted from DBN to CPT and paid an additional R1000.00 to have valeted to the depoton Friday afternoon. Was supposed to fly at 9am on Saturday morning. Valet never arrived - constantly tried to contact Mr Cheap Transport but was ignored and phones were turned off at 4pm. Had to pay more money to cancel my flight and book for later on Saturday and find a place to store my car. They don't care about their clients - as long as they drain their clients bank accounts and leave an hour early on Fridays, they're happy. Even one star is too much.

Very professional staff. Level of service is also commendable. I got them to transport my car from Cape Town to Durban and my it was done successfully. Would definitely recommend them

Could not be more happy, Elliott Mobility was one of the cheapest and they could help me to move at an earlier date compared to others. Not a single thing was broken or missing. No scratches or dents on any of my appliances. Friendly staff and the move was done efficiently. I will use Elliott Mobility again in the future.

We moved from Johannesburg to Austin Texas in April. Sterdts was exceptionally professional & super efficient. They were thrown into doing our move a week before they were supposed to and they were quick to get going. We were kept informed the whole time as to where and when our shipment was. The shipment arrived on time and had to be stored for a month before being delivered. The team that delivered our shipment were very pleasant and careful. The goods when we received them were in credible condition. There or one or two small. things that broke but overall an incredible experience and would recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic service under very difficult conditions. The shipping line was constantly changing locations and dates on the import side AND ON THE EXPORT SIDE, THEY ORGANISED EARLY PICK UP AND EXPORT OF OUR CAR WHEN IT BROKE DOWN. All trouble free. Fantastic and reliable service.

Fair price, kept to time promises, very pleased with them and would highly recommend, just awaiting invoice after asking 3 times still don't have it, otherwise it would have been 4 stars
