Police station

They need to be removed from Google listing as the no ever answers the phone, government should invest in VoIP phones and port forwarding to the captain or person on duty, tried the Mayville saps countless times. No response so I tried the Berea Saps only to be told I need to call Mayville? Still no answer. They keep saying don't take the law into our own hands..!? What can or must we do when the police station is unavailable, and other services can't help, but divert us to call the unavailable station.

Parkweg was rated number two in performance in the province. Good service from South African Police Service and keeping up on working together with the community although there is negativity from people at times on service delivery, so far they doing good specially on expanding their premises with renovations.

Not engaging on the phone. Totally disinterested attitude. Sounded as if I was disturbing her nap. Not impressed at all.

Service excellent

Highly disgusted with the service received. Instead of serving the community, they job is to PLAY CARDS. Only one staff member helping at the counter. Theres no words to describe their attitude.

I went to police station this afternoon for an affidavit, when I got there i was told that I won't be assisted due to not having my own pen. I called to lay a complain the lady by the name/surname Sekete' replied and asked what do I think they should do. I mean what about the poor?? There is no notice board to say such I mean should I really travel this far only to be told such and still don't get the service I wanted."

Worst police service ever. If you're in an emergency and in need of help just know that you won't get help quickly you'll be asked questions and given numbers to call. Worst experience of my life was calling police in Uitenhage when I was in trouble

I do not even want to give one star. Went there to get an affadavit to be able to drive my car as my purse was stolen. Total disrespect and lazy, don't care attitude.Cannot even mention the name of the woman because she did not have her name tag on. She said I can ask her for her name. It is illegal to not have a nametag.Later on a man came in with his epaulettes hanging loose and untidy. No respect for their profession. NO discipline at that place at all. She called him seargent!Things started to happen when I mentioned calling the area commander or Brigadier.The junior, Const. Mgxwati was the only neat and professional person there with the correct uniform and her nametag. As a junior though she did not say a word.Lots more were said but bottom line, this police station is a disgrace to South Africa and Cape Town and I am ashamed as an South African that overseas tourists go home with this picture in their minds.

Can not get a hold of any one tryed for over an hour , iether the online number is not correct or the post is not being looked after or the service is just below standard and no one really gives a dam.Try SAB management plan ; we would have the best police services in the world:)
