The forecourt is graced by Neill. In his white shirt, he was the epitome of excellence in service. I have really never had such a reception at a garage. I would drive back to that Shell just for him. He has also clearly motivated the other service guys and, despite being busy, there was a good bustle to get the job done. Well done Neill. An example of how it can be done.

There is a very good reason that this Shell has been voted the best Shell service station in the country. Staff are always very friendly and helpfull. Coffee in the shop is great and a real pleasure to fill up the tank and give the windscreen a quick clean. I am very excited to see what they are building on the premises
