The stuff act like they know what they are doing. They know nothing about customer service. The cake was off poor quality. I think they have a lot of work to do to improve their service offering. For a big occasion? Nah they ain't there yet, for a small birthday for a 5 year old who doesn't care about the tidiness of the decoration on the cake? A big maybe.

Honestly the worst experience I've had with the Tosca on settlers highway. Front desk lady is unfriendly and rude. Have had to return numerous stock because they say they have the stock only to find that they give you the incorrect container,this has happened four times in this week. I honestly recommend new staff and some customer service training.
