Adam and his team at Sydney Staircase Builders are amazing! Very professional, accommodating and workmanship we don't come across very often these days. Highly recommended!

Really don't like giving one star reviews, but sick and tired of chasing them up. Very unprofessional company to deal with. The lack of communication and preparation when coming out to do the final check measure was a red flag. We had still given the go ahead given the reasonable price yet have had no no response in 6 weeks.

CBS is promoting young people by teaching them different skills such as painting carperntry ,electrical,brick laying plumbing snd many more without looking where they are coming from

Unhelpful and unwilling to do business outside of their area despite customers offering to make it easier for them ie. organise pick up and installation. Disappointing that they did not want our (potentially ongoing) business - happy to take it elsewhere.

Do not expect correct items to be delivered, Almost 2 months to complete incorrect delivery, and quote have changed 3times. I should've just used contractor. Also not customer or DIY friendly.

Where to start? From the minute we talked with Richard during the site visit, we knew these guys were special; their approach to sustainable resourcing of the wood set them aside from the lot, and this was crucial to us. Their products are carefully selected and their high quality is more than matched by the professionalism of all their staff. Lifewood was extremely patient with us and accommodated a number of quirky requests we had, they did this with a great attitude.The installer they recommended was highly competent, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. He and his team worked like a Swiss clock, leaving the rooms in order, clean, and there was absolutely no damage to the walls or skirting that I just finished painting the day before.We could not have been happier with the people we dealt with, the customer service, and the floors (we chose spotted gum).The rooms look fantastic, and every time we see those floors we feel fortunate to have entrusted Lifewood with this job, and would certainly recommended them to you and all our friends, and use them again.So why do you want to use Lifewood:1.
