Meal delivery

Very POOR service. The store mixed our orders up with that of another customer. We then phoned the branch manager and queried the matter. She was insistent that she could not do anything about the issue. This was extremely disappointing since the money that was used for the order was already taken out of my account. The order that was delivered did not match the monetary value of the ordered meal. I'm appalled by the lack of assistance offered by the manager .Extremely unhappy with the service recieved at this store . Definitely never going to order from there again.

June 2021I'm officially done with Nandos. The food quality is pathetic!My supper this evening was a disaster. I'm done with the bad service, high price tag, small portions and poor quality food. Goodbye Nandos!Final verdict, spend your money elsewhere!

Am so disappointed, I ordered two chicken strips and rice takeaways but when I reach home I found that the rice was stale , I couldn't even eat it. Am so disappointed

I ordered food online about two weeks ago but it wasn't delivered. I tried to claim it back and I was given stories. I called the head office still no refund. I am so disappointed in this shop.

Almost perfect. I ordered the southern fried chicken burger with hot sauce.Brioche bun: perfect size, look and tasteChicken fillet: perfectly juicy, dusted quite well and a perfect size. Definitely better than other competing fried chicken outlets.Mayo: perfect amount and tasty with the juices from the picklesSauce: not perfect. A southern style burger should be generously smothered in hot sauce. Think Nashville hot chicken or lousiana hot fried chicken, a buffalo sauce. The sauce definitely was tasty and had a sting, but there was far too little of it. You only got the taste on the odd bite whereas it should be in every bite.Chocolate milkshake: on the money. Goes down very well after the burger.Wedges: perfectDelivery: very quick. A small special instruction was not followed.If the kitchen pays more attention to special instructions and the sauce is more generous, this burger is a 5 star.

They have the worst service ever, they are running king feast spacial but they don't have items on the spacial like cold drinks. They didn't have change, their stuff is not friendly, I was assisted by Granny the worst service ever, the manager was not polite aswell and they laugh at you afterwards

The food was horrible and cold, it is not the ist time but I thought their bad service was a once off thing so I kept going back. I always get the same thing but they never get it right, tonight the spicy rice was so hard I couldn't even chew. Their hotpot is so dry, stingy with the saucep

Check your order propely before you leave. Got an incomplete order and didn't notice as i was in a hurry and saw it miles away

Service is absolutely horrible when it comes to laying complaints. Issues I have is this:Chicka chicka restaurant is not on the Google search so even laying a complaint with the restaurant that's at fault I can't.Then when I call Mrd they said they can assist me and call me back if they can refund me after lodging a complaint against the restaurant. I have beebeen waiting now for 2 hours for mrd to call me back. In this two hours I called twice and emailed mrd 5 times over this issue. This is unacceptable I'm paying you guy's money for a service and all I get is no responses. My ref is DFD3258256
