Process server

Terrible experience for me. I would 100% not recommend them. I am very disappointed at the poor service.

If you want a company to represent you in the most unprofessional fashion use this one.They impersonated clients to try and gain information as well as arriving to serve documents at 7 am when the agreed time was 6pm and when questioned why 13 hours early the response was “my boss told me this time”. The way the went about the process of trying to serve me a document was totally disgusting.

I've been going to AAC Process Servers in a professional capacity for over 3 years now, and my colleagues have been using them for much longer. They are the most efficient process servers we have worked with (we have also on occasion utilised interstate process servers, the WA bailiff, and regional process servers), very competitively priced, and very professional. They proactively keep you up to date on matters (which is particularly helpful when you have a large volume of documents being served at any one time), and keep detailed records of their service attempts (which can be very helpful down the line).I highly recommend their services.

BAD!!! Worst comstomer experience ever!!!I have litterally waiting a full month for them to refund my money back. AND STILL WAITING!!! After I made payment it took them a whole week just to tell me they are struggling to find my house. mind you as the customer I have been following up with them and calling them for answers throughout the week.They DON'T answer emails and when you call they can't provide you with answers. They don't care period, what is customer service anyways??

I've had quite a few dealing with this company, has a lot of tricks up her sleave but uses them straight off the bat.Has no professionalism, definitely no tact, very rude, has lied in court documents, A staff member actually opened my door with no warning to me they were there first. Will follow her clients instructions even if it means going against her morals and what she knows to be the correct thing to do. I wouldn't believe anything she says.
