Firstly, Derek spent an hour with me to understand my needs and give advice, without even charging for the consultation - this was so welcomed because often you dont know if someone can really help you or not, yet they always send that invoice! Secondly, his understanding of the complex issues surrounding my needs, and the practical way he approaches a solution was also admirable. To top it off, he really took the time to get to know me and the bigger picture surrounding my needs, and this was genuine and authentic. I have not had professional advice nestled into a personalized experience for a long time, so thank you very much Derek!I would certainly recommend reaching out to Derek - his knowledge, insights, depth of experience, and practical problem solving are something I have not come across for a long time!
